Claim form construction insurance ABES-Aedificium©

The use of this claim form serves to process and forward a claim notification to the insurance companies involved. All information provided will be made available to the insurance companies by ABES Zurich Ltd© if required. ABES Zurich Ltd© will store the data necessary for this claims processing until the completion of the claim event. In case of a negative decision by the insurer, the data will be deleted. ABES Zurich Ltd© undertakes to treat the information received confidentially. The undersigned authorizes ABES Zurich Ltd. to process the data and to forward it to the necessary extent to third parties involved in the contract in Switzerland and abroad, in particular to insurers and their co-insurers and reinsurers, as well as to other third parties for claims settlement. These are authorized to obtain relevant information from official offices and all other necessary offices and to inspect official and court files. The undersigned person shall be entitled to request the insurance company handling the claim to provide him/her with the information required by law concerning the processing of data relating to him/her. Furthermore, in the event of recourse against a liable third party, the insurance company handling the claim is authorized to provide the liable third party or its liability insurer with the data required for the enforcement of the recourse claim. This authorization is independent of the provision of services by the insurance company handling the claim.
