nach Art. 404. Darin sind die Rechten und Pflichten beider Parteien aufgef\u00fchrt. Es richtet sich nach den geltenden, aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorgaben der Finanzmarktaufsicht FINMA und ist jederzeit k\u00fcndbar und an keine Fristen gebunden.\u00a0<\/p><p>Die ABES Group AG tritt dabei als beauftragte Mandatstr\u00e4gerin auf und verpflichtet sich, ausschliesslich Ihre Interessen zu vertreten. Zwischen der ABES Group AG und beteiligten Versicherungsgesellschaften,<br \/>Vorsorgeeinrichtungen und weiteren Vertragspartnern besteht kein eigenst\u00e4ndiger Maklervertrag im Sinne von OR 412 ff. Damit einhergehend verpflichtet sich die ABES Group AG zur ausschliesslichen<br \/>Treuepflicht Ihnen gegen\u00fcber.<\/p><p>Im Gespr\u00e4ch mit unseren Mandatsleitern werden alle Details zu diesem Mandat besprochen und erl\u00e4utert.<\/p><p>Durch das Ausf\u00fcllen der Eingabefelder wird Ihnen unser Mandat direkt und unkompliziert per E-Mail als pdf Datei zugestellt.<\/p><p>Die Daten werden mit einem 2048 Bit SSL Schl\u00fcssel \u00fcbertragen und t\u00e4glich gesichert. Zudem erfolgt gleichzeitig eine t\u00e4gliche Spiegelung der Speicherungen. Das Daten- und Verschl\u00fcsselungskonzept der ABES Group AG erf\u00fcllt damit die gleichen Anforderungen wie sie von Grossbanken erwartet werden und erf\u00fcllen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch die FINMA-konforme Georedundanz. Die Daten, welche uns \u00fcber dieses Formular erreichen, werden zudem immer \u00fcber eine verschl\u00fcsselte API-Zustellung \u00fcbermittelt.
