ABES Group AG is an independent Swiss insurance broker that creates transparency in the insurance market and provides neutral and comprehensive advice to private and, in particular, corporate clients. Due to our positive development and good positioning, we would like to expand our team. We are therefore looking for a committed person to join our sales support team at our Glattbrugg location.

Your profile

• You have a high affinity for financial and pension products and can score points with your convincing manner and good articulation skills.
• You are a winning and resilient personality with a high customer and service orientation.
• You are characterized by a high degree of independence and flexibility and enjoy using modern and up-to-date digital tools.
• You have several years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a broker.
• You are proficient in using MS Office programs and ideally the customer management tool BAYO.
• You are comfortable in a service-oriented environment and work reliably and accurately even in hectic times.
• You like to take responsibility, focus on the customers of ABES Group AG and work in a structured manner.

Your tasks

• You will process the portfolios of our discerning private and corporate clients and support our advisors and partners in providing professional client service.
• You are responsible for the professional preparation and follow-up of customer appointments.
• They compare offers, uncover differences in price and performance and provide our advisors, brokers and customers with an important basis for decision-making - always independent of the interests of the insurance companies.
• You use your negotiating skills in telephone contact with decision-makers.
• You will assist our clients and consultants with claims entry.
